Product Description

MM32F5370 The microcontroller is equipped with the ARM®v8-M architecture STAR-MC1 (compatible with Cortex-M33®) processor licensed by ARM China, with built-in L1 ICache and DCache, and has the characteristics of high performance and low power consumption, with a maximum operating frequency of 180MHz and a performance of up to 4/en/products/mm32mcu/performance_line/mm32f_performance/mm32f537002 CoreMark ® /MHz, a built-in digital signal processor (DSP), floating-point unit (FPU) and trigonometric arithmetic acceleration unit (CORDIC) assist in algorithm acceleration/en/products/mm32mcu/performance_line/mm32f_performance/mm32f5370

- 512KB Flash with ECC support

- 128KB SRAM, 32KB ECC support

- Three 12-bit ADCs at 3MSPS, two 12-bit DACs

- 3 analog comparators, 4 op amps with PGA mode support

- 4 x 16-bit super timers, 8 x 208ps high-precision PWM outputs, 2 x 16-bit advanced timers, 2 x 16-bit and 2 x 32-bit general-purpose timers, 2 x 16-bit base timers, 1 x low-power timer, 1 x real-time clock (RTC)
