Product Description

This device is a 32-bit microcontroller based on the high-performance Arm® Cortex-M0 core, operating at a frequency of up to 72MHz, with built-in high-speed memory, an extensive range of enhanced I/O ports and peripherals/en/products/mm32mcu/mainstream_line/mm32f_mainstream/mm32f0120

- 64KB Flash, 8KB SRAM

- One 12-bit ADC and one comparators

- One CSM universal serial module, one 16-bit advanced timer, one 16-bit general-purpose timer, three 16-bit basic timers and real time clock (RTC) module

- Three UART interfaces, one SPI interfaces and one I2C interfaces

- Working voltage: 2/en/products/mm32mcu/mainstream_line/mm32f_mainstream/mm32f01202V~5/en/products/mm32mcu/mainstream_line/mm32f_mainstream/mm32f01205V

- Working temperature range: -40℃ to +85℃

- Provide four package types: LQFP48, LQFP32, QFN32 and QFN20
