This device is a high-performance motor-control microcontroller from MindMotion’s  MindSPIN product line, based on the high-performance 32-bit Arm® Cortex-M0+ core, operating at a frequency of up to 96MHz, with a built-in 32-bit hardware divider and hardware square root unit/en/products/mm32mcu/performance_line/mm32g_performance/mm32g5330

- 128KB Flash with ECC support and 8KB SRAM

- Two 12-bit ADCs with up to 17 channels and a sampling rate of 1Msps at 3/en/products/mm32mcu/performance_line/mm32g_performance/mm32g53303V or 2Msps at 5V

- One advanced PWM timer for motor control and four general-purpose timers

- Two rail-to-rail analog comparators

- Four OPA/PGA modules with a maximum gain of 32

- One I2C interface and three USART interfaces

- Pre-driver operating voltage up to 200V
